Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak directed to process the land acquisition for the waste management project at Mauza Saran Azakheil district Peshawar during a visit to the area today

Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak directed to process the land acquisition for the waste management project at Mauza Saran Azakheil district Peshawar during a visit to the area today. Provincial Minister Shah Farman also accompanied the Chief Minister.
On arrival the Chief Minister was briefed by Atta-ur-Rehman GM Project Water and Sanitation Services (WSSP) Peshawar. The land to be acquired for the project is 540 Kanal. The project of Waste Management in addition would produce 12 MW electricity. Pervez Khattak directed that the site should be visited by all the parties. An industrial unit should also be planned. The chairman EZDMC Ghulam Dastagir should also visit to select a site for the industrial unit in the area.
At the moment, the area is backward and with the operation of the project and the establishment of industrial unit, the poor people of the area would get jobs.
The CM also talked to the people who gathered at the occasion. He called upon the people to have a vigil over all the developmental activities initiated for their welfare. Rest assured their welfare would be at the top of the government priorities. However the people were to monitor that the public money was spent judiciously and in transparent manner, he added. He said his government was accountable to the people and it wished that the people were represented in the way, they wished to be presented.
Chief Minister said his government was well connected to the people and all decisions for public would properly reflect the people146s aspiration.
